Consulting & Supervision
With over a decade of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, including establishing new programs from the ground up, I offer specialized consultation for Music Therapists (MT-BCs) and healthcare organizations. My vision is to expand the scope of Music Therapy services available in the Bay Area, by creating and establishing well-integrated, sustainable Music Therapy programs. I've worked with organizations to establish successful new programs, and to offer new services like Legacy Projects/heartbeat recordings.
Consulting
I provide:
Program design: I'll learn about your business, systems, needs, and wishes. I'll create a Business Plan for a Music Therapy program, tailored to your organization's specific needs.
Integration: Education, training, inservices, interdisplinary collaboration, system integration (i.e. develop notes, and embed these within your documentation system), marketing plans and support, and more.
Project management: Develop and integrate specialized projects, including Legacy Projects, practicum/internship experiences, bereavement initiatives, etc.
Supervision
Whether you are a new grad, or a MT seeking support, peer supervision can be beneficial. Peer supervision provides a sense of professional community, while also helping clinicians to expand their clinical skills and gain fresh perspective.
